§ 46-3. Schedule controlled intersections.

  • The town maintains a schedule of stop, yield, four-way stop and other controlled intersections, as amended from time to time, a copy of which is available in the office of the city secretary. Signs are installed at each such intersection and are authorized by the council to be installed at new intersections that may be established in the future. All traffic signs currently posted within the town are ratified and confirmed, and all persons are directed to obey them.
