§ 46-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Electric bicycle has the meaning assigned by V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 541.201.

Golf cart has the meaning assigned by V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 502.001.

Motor-assisted scooter has the meaning assigned by V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 551.351.

Neighborhood electric vehicle has the meaning assigned by V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 551.3051.
