§ 38-1. Penalties.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, violations of the provisions of this chapter are hereby deemed violations of ordinances, rules, or police regulations that govern fire safety, zoning, and public health and sanitation, punishable as provided in section 1-16.
