§ 2-137. Planning and zoning commission.

There is hereby created and established the Town of Fulton Planning and Zoning Commission. The town council shall determine the number and term of the members of the planning and zoning commission. The planning and zoning commission shall select one of its members as its chair. The commission shall meet at the call of the chair and all hearings shall be open to the public except as allowed to be closed under state law. The commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings which shall be a public record.
