§ 28-28. Penalties.

Violations of the provisions under this chapter are hereby deemed violations of ordinances, rules, or police regulations that govern fire safety, zoning, and public health and sanitation, punishable as provided in section 1-16 except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter.
