§ 12-56. Temporary judge in the event the appointed judge is unable to serve.

  • The town council may appoint a temporary replacement for the judge of the municipal court in the event the judge is temporarily unable to act for any reason. The temporary replacement must meet the qualifications for judge of municipal court. The temporary replacement is for the period the judge is unavailable and the temporary replacement shall receive the compensation as determined by the town council.
